The grind was a little too coarse for my espresso machine, which resulted in a weak, under-extracted shot. When I ground it finer myself, the flavor was much better—rich and chocolatey.

I'm very impressed with this 'Classic' blend. It's a full-bodied coffee that's incredibly smooth for a dark roast. The nutty aftertaste is a really nice touch.
