This is a phenomenal light roast. The fruitiness is front and center, but it's not sour. The brown sugar sweetness makes for a very smooth and pleasant finish. A real winner.

The flavor notes are incredibly distinct. You can really taste the strawberry and citrus. It's a bright, complex, and thoroughly enjoyable coffee. I'm very impressed with the quality.

The flavor is amazing, but the aroma from the beans isn't as strong as I had hoped when I first opened the bag. The taste definitely delivers on the promise, though.
