The beans seemed to be roasted a little unevenly, with some lighter and some darker ones in the same bag. It made the flavor a little inconsistent from cup to cup.

The aroma from the bag is incredible, but the brewed coffee doesn't quite capture all of that complexity. The flavor is still very good, just not as amazing as the initial scent.

The aroma alone is worth five stars. The brewed coffee is even better, with a beautiful balance between the rich chocolate and the unique sandalwood. It's a very elegant and satisfying coffee.
